Chateau de la Caze

Built in 1489 and completed in 1490, the Château de la Caze is a 15th-century masterpiece classified as a Historic Monument. Located in the heart of the Gorges du Tarn, the castle evokes a fairytale atmosphere linked to the legend of the "Nymphs of the Tarn". • Each room is named after a protagonist (such as Soubeyrane, the matriarch, or her "Nymph" daughters like Loyse and Gabrielle).

• The buffet breakfast is served in the historic hall and includes top-quality products such as artisan bread from La Malène, honey from the Gorges du Tarn, and yogurt from Lozère.

• Cuisine: Sincere and inspired by the local terroir, with dishes beautifully arranged like paintings.

• Menu: It features a seasonal à la carte menu and a 6-course surprise "Tasting Menu" (upon reservation).

• Mondays: The main restaurant is closed, but a simple à la carte menu featuring fresh local products is available.
