Antico Borgo di Tabiano Castello

The rooms are housed in the various residences of the village, from the watchtower to the sharecropper's house, the tailor's house, to the inn that offer all modern comforts with a breathtaking view from the hill. Each residence is furnished with antiques, matching tapestries and hand-painted ceramics, without sacrificing the most modern comforts: air conditioning, LCD satellite TV and fast Internet. The rooms offer a warm countryside atmosphere, with a silence that in cool periods is interrupted by the crackling of wood from the fireplace.

The restaurant is located in the old dairy and dairy where the king of cheeses was produced for over 200 years, until a few years ago. The premises date back to the 18th century and were adapted to the most modern techniques in the late 19th century. They have always been the beating heart of the village's rural activity, where every morning the milk produced in the surrounding countryside was transformed into Parmesan and butter.
The dishes prepared are based on products from the area and from our garden. The cuisine is that of the best typical Emilian tradition. You will also find a wide selection of quality wines from all regions of Italy.

In the village there are two wellness centers, one housed in a natural cave and the other in a house in the woods, in the secret garden under the walls. Both are equipped with Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, sauna, emotional shower and relaxation area.
