Enjoy an active culinary experience in the heart of Emilia, where the aroma of lardo and ciccioli will guide you in discovering the flavours of the past. The stay includes one night with breakfast at the elegant Villa Nabila, an oasis of peace carved out of former eighteenth-century stables.
The soul of the experience is a cooking class in the home of a local "Cesarina". You will be personally involved in preparing Emilian focaccia and erbazzone, the famous rustic savoury pie from Reggio. Amid family stories and culinary secrets, you will end the class by tasting what you have prepared, all accompanied by a glass of local Lambrusco or Spergola. An authentic sensory journey that will make you feel part of the community.
Hotel
Located in the historic centre of Reggiolo (RE), the Hotel Villa Nabila stands within the prestigious Stables of Villa Manfredini, a late-eighteenth-century building surrounded by a large private park. Completely renovated in 2016, the hotel offers soundproofed rooms of contemporary taste, finished in parquet or carpet and equipped with every modern comfort. Its strategic location, just minutes from the A22 motorway, makes it the ideal starting point for exploring Mantua, Reggio Emilia and Modena.
