As at the time of the Maritime Republic of Venice, of the Hostaria Venezia, our restaurant is still open to the public and welcomes locals and travelers
It was 1972 when Sergio and Paola Vanzo began their business as hoteliers and restaurateurs. Paola welcomed customers with her smile and kindness, Sergio delighted their palates with his cuisine, offering them simple but tasty dishes, typical of our Trentino cuisine. Today her daughter Jngrid continues to offer delicious traditional Trentino dishes with a pinch of innovation.
