For over four generations you have known us as Hotel Sayonara, today, like the Dolomite rock, we have evolved to give you more and more comfort and unforgettable emotions. From December 2018 the historic Hotel Sayonara has changed its name and transformed into the Wellness Hotel Dolomia. We have chosen this new name because your well-being is our mission and we love our dear mountains so much that we always want to remember them.

THE RESTAURANT
Carefully selected short chain ingredients and traditional recipes, wisely elaborated with a touch of young inventiveness are the characteristics of the cuisine of chef Paolo who prepares lunches with two choice menus and dinners offering a different five-course tasting menu every day. The love for the Dolomites and for the Val di Fassa of the chef Paolo and his kitchen brigade transform each dish prepared with careful imagination into a journey of flavors and aromas through the highest peaks and the greenest valleys of the Val di Fassa .
BREAKFAST
The rich breakfast buffet awaits you when you wake up to give you the best good morning of your holiday in Trentino. From the traditional homemade cakes and jams to the classic choices of brioche, yoghurt, cereals to the proposal of local cold cuts and cheeses with fried eggs, scrambled and omelettes prepared on the spot and on request.
