The very name of Bagnaia recalls the historical richness of the waters present in this area. Already in the Middle Ages, the Sienese were known for their thermal baths, which attracted attention even beyond the borders and which were frequented by popes, cardinals and princes. The legend of the precious water of Santa Caterina, able to relieve pain, in fact, in the very place where the farmers of the past looked for "the water that is good for you", an ancient spring was found, the analysis of which have confirmed extraordinary therapeutic properties.

La Voliera Restaurant: The restaurant is located in Borgo Bagnaia and offers authentic Tuscan cuisine with an à la carte menu. The restaurant also offers a delicious breakfast buffet. In the warmer months you can enjoy the wonderful patio with views of the surrounding hills and the Borgo.
AlFresco Pool Bar: It is the ideal place to relax with a coffee or a cool drink during the hottest days or for a lunch or an aperitif in the summer months.
Il Rosmarino Bar & Restaurant: Located in the Club House, the golf bar and restaurant are open from breakfast until late afternoon. With its contemporary furnishings that recall the Tuscan tradition, it offers a spectacular view of the golf course, the resort and the Tuscan hills. It is the ideal place for a lunch break and to relax or sip a cocktail after playing golf.
