The Relais has 28 rooms, divided into Classic, Superior, Deluxe and Suite, all furnished in refined country style, in perfect balance between Tuscan tradition and contemporary comfort. La Terrazza del Borgo
An elegant restaurant where cuisine meets art. Thanks to the guidance of our Chef and the meticulous attention to detail, here tradition and innovation merge in tasting menus that enhance the authentic flavors of the region. Dining under a starry sky, with a view that is lost in the hills, is an experience that will remain in your heart.
Bistrot La Torre
More informal but equally well-kept, this bistro celebrates the peasant cuisine of Chianti. The dishes are born from a deep knowledge of the products and the hands that cultivate them. It is here that the "farm to table" philosophy of Borgo Vescine takes shape: fresh, seasonal, organic and zero km ingredients become the protagonists of simple and delicious recipes. The breathtaking panorama is the perfect setting for lunches and dinners to remember.
Among the flavors of our organic vegetable garden, extra virgin oil cold pressed within 24 hours of harvesting, herbs, grapes from our vineyards and honey from the bees of Vescine, each ingredient has a history and a provenance, and is carefully chosen to offer an authentic gastronomic journey.
