"Torre della Botonta" was born with the desire to redevelop the ancient buildings of Castel San Giovanni and revive them through the new tourist reception model.

Specifically, the names are inspired by the natural fabrics and fibers with which we have taken care of the fittings. You will find period fabrics worked on looms, lace and hand-made embroidery from the period 800/900. There are interesting thematic books on the territory, on the history of the Castle, the lost language and the traditions of central Umbria. THE RESTAURANT
The Rivellino is a suggestive fortified structure connecting the two bastions of the towers; perfectly preserved, it offers a perfect combination of individual architectural lines marked by stone faces and views and the suggestion of a unique space, which allows you to enjoy a rich and genuine Italian breakfast in a comfortable and intimate atmosphere. A fruit buffet is offered; for those who want to taste traditional Umbrian products, it is possible, according to the season, to savor meats and cheeses and taste homemade cakes with zero-km products. At your request, by booking a table, the Rivellino will be transformed into an evocative space intended only for you to enjoy a unique experience enjoying a dinner with a traditional Umbrian flavor in absolute intimacy.
LOCATION
The Borgo is located in the heart of Umbria, in the land of wine and oil. Between Rome, Florence and the nearby villages of Spoleto, Montefalco, Bevagna, Trevi, Campello. Here history and nature blend with contemporary design and old furniture left to suggest the long work of time. Botonta derives from an ancient term and means "border place" that separates Trevi and Spoleto.
