A princely Baroque residence from the late seventeenth century, the Castle of San Marco reopens its doors to hospitality today, revealing the charisma of a past of luster and prestige. After dedicated care and scrupulous research by the Murabito family, the Castle returns to amaze visitors: an exclusive place between history and nature, a rich property immersed in a luxuriant park overlooking the sea. The 30 rooms with a unique character, obtained from the buildings that surround the mansion, enjoy the view of the fragrant park, whose stone alleys wind between exemplary palms and citrus trees. In the halls of the residence there is the breakfast room, the renowned restaurant "Mastri Flavetta" and the Salotto del Vino. The prestigious offer of the Castle is completed by the new wellness center and a delightful private beach, whose atmosphere recalls the galleons that once landed there.

The hotel has 28 rooms, all finely furnished and equipped with every comfort, which tell of themselves and their history immersed in the Mediterranean park that surrounds the castle.

This is the simple philosophy behind the Sicilian restaurant "Giardino di Pietra", where passion and refinement have always met the best local tradition. The creativity of our chefs Giuseppe and Isidoro, born and raised in a picturesque seaside village, never overshadows the link with the past, with those delicacies that were eagerly awaited on the home table every Sunday.
A careful selection of ingredients that rewards the excellence of the place and makes even a dish tasted over and over again surprising.

In addition to the famous destinations such as Etna, Taormina or the beautiful island, just a few minutes by car, this part of the island offers unusual and profoundly different scenarios, from the rocky gorges of the Alcantara river to the uncontaminated park of the mountains. Nebrodi which hides some unique jewels such as the Argimusco fortresses, megaliths of natural origin that testify traces of archaic civilizations lived there.
And yet the Baroque of Catania or the tour of the Etna wine roads which with its vineyards and park awarded the title of World Heritage Site, makes our area even richer and more interesting.
