Marina Piccola 73 is a gem of 19th century architecture, meticulously renovated with elegant interiors in which contemporary design mixes in a refined and original way with vintage details and antique treasures.

HISTORY
The history of this building is ancient and full of charm. Built between 1860 and 1865, it housed the Nautical Club Canottieri Italia in Naples and the offices of the Harbor Master's Office. It was also the residence of a renowned Sorrento tailor who dressed the most elegant and refined men of the peninsula.
The renovation began with the Fratelli d Fiorentino from the first four rooms on the first floor, over the years the second floor, the tower and the reception have been completed. During the restoration, many of the original and distinctive features were retained, such as the terracotta floors of 1865, some majolica tiles, an eighteenth-century Venetian wardrobe and the earthenware of the access road.
