Exclusive and characteristic, the property is based in the fifteenth century Fierli-Petrella palace, long-lived in its history, it conserve its current appearance from the late fifteenth century, in the heart of the charming old town of Cortona. It features two executive suites, one junior suite and two deluxe rooms, all elegantly furnished with attention to every detail. Prestige Wellness Suite is the most exclusive accommodation of the dwelling: romantic and regal, it features a fireplace, sumptuous furnishings, a bathroom with sauna and an independent entrance overlooking the inner courtyard.
Grand Suite Cortona is a refined room, it comes with a large fresco depicting the city, a bathroom with lighted shower and whirlpool bath.
Luxury Junior Suite, devoted to young couples, features: warm tones, precious forniture, a bath with ample shower to guarantee guests maximum rest and comfort.
Elegant accommodations are available for the guests among rooms: Deluxe Master Room is a double room with warm tones and understated elegance.
As an alternative Deluxe Romantic room offers a sophisticated, yet relaxed setting, enhanced with a bathroom in travertine, floral theme design and large windows overlooking the courtyard of Palazzo Fierli Petrella.

LOCATION
Cortona is a town in the province of Arezzo, situated on a beautiful hillside that embraces a view of the whole of the Valdichiana.
Around the fortified village, there is Piazza della Repubblica, the public terrace near La Corte di Ambra and visit buildings nearby, as Palazzo Comunale and Palazzo Casali. Inside the Palazzo Casali is the Museo dell'Accademia Etrusca (Etruscan Academy Museum).
In a few steps, you can reach the Cathedral of Cortona (Duomo), the Diocesan Museum and Teatro Signorelli.
Every palace guards at least one masterpiece of the Renaissance masters, first among them Luca Signorelli and Beato Angelico.
Cortona it is just a few minutes down the road from some of the most enchanting cities of art in Central Italy.
Thirty kilometers away is Arezzo, city of art boasting masterpieces of the greatest artists of the middle Ages and the Renaissance.
Siena is less than thirty kilometers away: Piazza del Campo, Torre del Mangia, the Cathedral and in pastry-shops the typical biscuits Ricciarelli, Panforte and Cavallucci.
Only fifty kilometers separate Cortona from Perugia, famous for its museums, chocolate and jazz: Corso Vannucci and Piazza IV Novembre are heart of the city.
Also worth seeing Galleria Nazionale of Umbria and Palazzo dei Priori.
How to arrive:
By car: go along A1 motorway to Bettolle; continue on the motorway link to Perugia, take the exit marked to Cortona.
By train: take Firenze-Roma line and get off at Terontola or Camucia railway station.
By plane: Perugia Airport is about 60 km far from the dwelling, otherwise Florence Airport is about 60 km away and Rome Fiumicino Airport is about 230 km away.
