The story of Locanda Don Serafino is related to the La Rosa family. In 2004 they gave life to a charming Boutique Hotel with 11 rooms in the heart of Ragusa Ibla, a short distance from the restaurant of the same name. The kitchen was entrusted to a very young Vincenzo Candiano, whose journey of growth and transformation in culinary philosophy led him to achieve Michelin star recognition in 2007.
In this residence, guests can pamper themselves and experience a local breakfast created by Vincenzo Candiano himself, served in the late 19th-century palazzo's lower rooms. Locanda Don Serafino boasts a contemporary and delicate style, without excess and with a nod to the past but without nostalgia. There is a natural inclination to select the best for guests.

Located in the ancient basements adjacent to the Church of Miracles (a UNESCO monument) in Ragusa Ibla, the La Rosa family offers a cuisine that blends the culture, flavors, and pleasures of the region. There is a natural propensity for selecting excellent raw materials, which chef Vincenzo Candiano interprets with skillful mastery.
A Michelin-starred restaurant, a cellar with over 2000 labels, a distillate list, a cigar list, and an exclusive luxury suite. Perfectly renovated, the rooms alternate and host wine bar and cigar list services. However, the gastronomic offering is the star, featuring both sea and land dishes, complemented by an interesting wine list that includes labels from around the world.
