IZÉ RESTAURANT
Izé Restaurant, located adjacent to the hotel, is the new gourmet restaurant offering contemporary cuisine that blends Mediterranean flavors with ingredients from the Brescia region. Leading the kitchen is the renowned Michelin-starred chef Carlo Spina. The restaurant's modern design and elegant atmosphere, meticulously curated, create a unique and unforgettable experience, enhanced by a splendid terrace overlooking the lake.
LOCATION
Lake Iseo is synonymous with nature, relaxation and beauty: a blue expanse of waters dotted by the surfers' sails and the boats that from the lake shores reach Montisola, the largest lake island in Europe and the smaller islands of San Paolo and Loreto. Montisola is deservedly numbered among the Most Beautiful Villages of Italy, there are neither cars nor unpleasant noises, there's room for relaxation and silence broken only by the gently lapping waters. A walk there is a rewarding, regenerating experience. We suggest you should climb from the little harbour to the Ceriola Sanctuary: there you will feel as walking in the air. Gates to art and culture, museums and old churches of nearby villages, open around Lake Iseo, as well as to luxury shopping areas and shops selling local typical products, mainly extra-virgin olive oil and wine. Only a few kilometres from Iseo you can venture through the wineries of Franciacorta, homeland to number one worldwide famed Italian sparkling wines and area of boundless natural beauty.
