Managed since 2001 by the Volpi and Metelli families, the estate offers an authentic immersion into rural life. The ancient farmhouses have been renovated while preserving the style of Umbrian arte povera, creating an intimate retreat amidst mulberry trees and centuries-old olive groves. For relaxation, guests have access to a summer swimming pool surrounded by greenery and large equipped open spaces, ideal for rebalancing energies and enjoying the slow pace of the Umbrian countryside.

THE RESTAURANT
The cuisine follows a 100% closed-loop system: wheat, grains, and milk produced on the farm are processed directly on-site. The breakfasts are famous for their homemade cakes, while the extra virgin olive oil and pecorino cheeses (produced in the internal dairy from free-roaming sheep) are the true highlights of the table.
