 Guided by Mathieu's warmth and professionalism, the hospitality reflects a true home-away-from-home atmosphere. Guests can unwind by the heated outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, open from April to October, or relax in the cozy lounge bar, perfect for daytime refreshments or outdoor evening drinks. A continental breakfast can be enjoyed in the dining area or served directly to your room. Pets are warmly welcomed.

The rooms and family suites, named after the evocative local hamlets and historic watermills framing the riverbanks, are bright, elegant, and styled with sophisticated French charm. Retaining their original polished wooden floors, they beautifully pair period character with modern comforts like individual air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Due to the historic layout of the building, guestrooms are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

The Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant is masterfully led by Chef Stéphane Chambon and his brother Mathieu. Celebrating culinary recipes passed down through the family since 1884, the restaurant pairs historic culinary heritage with a touch of modern refinement. Guests can dine in the elegant dining room with expansive nature views or outside on the large, shaded terrace right by the turquoise waters of the Ouysse stream, also known as the "Emerald River." The restaurant facilities are fully accessible to disabled guests.

 Located in Lacave, perfectly tucked between the rocky Causses and the river, the estate is surrounded by cultural and natural treasures. The breathtaking Caves of Lacave are just an 8-minute walk away, while iconic sites like the cliffside sanctuary of Rocamadour, the spectacular Gouffre de Padirac chasm, the medieval gems of Martel and Loubressac, and the world-famous Malbec vineyards of Cahors are all within easy reach.
