In the evening, step through the doors of the All'Antica Ala Restaurant, set within the medieval walls. Here, a sumptuous four-course tasting dinner guided by the chef awaits you. You can choose between two refined menus (the same for the whole table): the "Conte Guglielmo Menu", which reinterprets the Veneto tradition with well-defined flavour synergies, or the "Contessa Felicita Menu", ideal for the most demanding palates with refined ingredients and an innovative spirit (such as the risotto with black truffle or the roast octopus tentacle). A high-quality gastronomic journey, with dishes that honour seasonality and the typical products of the Verona area.
