The restaurant is housed in the old vinegar cellar and gives the opportunity to enjoy local cuisine while relaxing and admiring the vineyards and the meandering Po River.

Situated overlooking the Po Valley, Gabiano Castle, among the oldest and largest in Monferrato, is mentioned in historical sources as early as the 8th century.
The castle features 12 exclusive suites, the perfect retreat for a moment of quality time. The Suites are located within the small Medieval village where the ancient hunting lodge and workshops have been recently renovated with respect and care, highlighting the view of the Castle and its extraordinary and preserved landscape.
