A walk that winds through the vineyards to the winery and ends with a guided tasting inside the wine shop.
Roncade Castle is one of the most interesting examples of Renaissance architecture in northern Italy. Moreover, it is the only pre-Palladian villa surrounded by medieval walls topped by majestic merlons. It stands in the center of the town of Roncade, nestled in the Venetian countryside between Treviso and Venice.
The manor was donated in 900 by Ottone II to the Counts of Collalto. It was later destroyed at the hands of Cangrande della Scala. It was Girolamo Giustinian, a Venetian patrician, who carried out its reconstruction in the 16th century on the trace of the previous building, creating the castle that we can still admire today.
Staying at the Roncade Castle will allow the guest to immerse himself in the life of the Venetian villa thanks to the apartments built in the towers and the rooms in the main body of the villa. The Castle is in a strategic position to reach the destinations of Venetian tourism.
