The story of the Locanda Don Serafino is the story of the La Rosa family, which in 2004, opened the 11-room boutique hotel in the heart of Ragusa Ibla, a short distance from the restaurant of the same name where the kitchen is entrusted to a very young Vincenzo Candiano who, with a path of growth and transformation of the culinary philosophy, led him to obtain the Michelin star in 2007.
A dwelling where you can be pampered and experience a local breakfast created by Vincenzo Candiano himself, served in the basement of the late 19th-century mansion.
