The Fusillo of Felitto, delicious and with a centuries-old history, comes from the charming village of the same name nestled in the Cilento National Park. It is the pride of the Cilento gastronomic tradition, handed down from mother to daughter to arrive, almost unchanged, to the present day.
It is a long, hollow pasta format whose dough is worked with completely manual techniques using a special iron, and although it is increasingly difficult to find true artisanal fusilli, these long cylinders of egg pasta remain a true emblem of the local cuisine, so much so that they are still traditionally served on feast days.

Hotel Palazzo Gentilcore is a small, bright and airy "boutique hotel" located in the historic center of Castellabate. Rebuilt on an old factory at the beginning of the 17th century, expanded and modified in its structure, it has been a noble residence since 1745. From 1860 to 1930 the seat of the Castellabate Town Council, since the late 1960s it has been used as a hotel and renovated a few months ago with typical Mediterranean style, colors and materials.
