Villa Rinalducci

Going up from Rosciano towards the Camaldolese hermitage of Monte Giove, after a few hundred meters on the right, a gate guards the access to a long and steep avenue that leads to Villa Rinalducci, one of the most famous and splendid noble residences in the Fano district . Located on a large plateau, bordered by thick vegetation, the rectangular-plan dwelling has a façade embellished by a singular pincer staircase from the top of which you can look out over the valley of the Metauro river and towards the Adriatic Sea and from which you enter the noble floor.

The current appearance of the house presumably dates back to the second half of the 18th century, when Count Lelio Rinalducci decided to transform the existing agricultural structure into a "casino of delights". Both the staircase, which embellishes the facade, and the chapel leaning against the opposite side can be traced back to this period and can be used both from the inside and from the outside through independent lateral access.
The building, plastered only on the main facade and for the rest made with exposed brick, is spread over three floors: the central noble one, the upper floor which originally housed the warehouses and servants' rooms and the ground floor with a large kitchen and other premises for daily services.

Villa

The restoration, careful in every detail, has recreated the atmosphere of great charm peculiar to the house in the nine rooms in the Villa.

To meet the needs of the changed intended use, all the comforts and the most modern technologies have been provided (independent air conditioning, satellite television, free wi-fi, mini bar, etc.) harmoniously inserted in the warm late nineteenth-century atmosphere of the refined rooms and evocative obtained in the manor house, some even with painted walls and furnished with period furniture and furnishings of great value, such as beds or chandeliers carved and decorated in gold leaf.

In the sacristy of the small, expertly restored church, the "Priest's room" has also been created with an entrance next to the altar and rich in details such as the wooden four-poster bed and the ancient stoup.

Depandance

The twelve annexes offer a more informal hospitality, because they are independent and in contact with nature, the warm and bright rooms of the rustic houses (the former stables, the greenhouses, etc ...) located near the park and overlooking the courtyard, which the original ceilings with exposed beams, terracotta floors and are furnished with walnut furniture, wrought iron beds and ceramic chandeliers made by skilled craftsmen.

At the beginning of the eighteenth-century paving that leads to the Villa, there is also a completely independent apartment, a small villa immersed in a splendid natural setting that enjoys an exclusive outdoor area and private parking in the courtyard.
