Villa Lucrezio

The villa was built in the late eighteenth century and it still bears the typical architecture of the era’s refined countryside summerhouses. It consists of two buildings and it is arranged over two floors, displaying large terraces overlooking the inspiring countryside of Salento. The interior features large rooms with high vaulted ceilings decorated with traditional antique paintings. The internal courtyard, located between the walls of the two buildings, is a beautiful patio that displays an ancient bathtub, probably the last of its kind, as its main feature. Villa Lucrezio is a retreat, a place to relax; It is a place where we reconnect with our inner peace and regain access to the essential quality of living; a refuge from our busy and chaotic modern lives.
The purpose is to assist guests in every possible way, guiding them through the small old towns and picturesque villages whilst walking amongst the cheerful and friendly local people or discovering the great flavours and fragrances of the region. You will experience the atmosphere of an everyday life that still very close to the past.
