The Farm Rooms are located in the historic village of Maiano and its immediate surroundings. From welcoming Comforts to refined Juniors, up to the sophisticated Suite, each room is finely furnished and includes a special breakfast based on zero km products and the use of the exclusive panoramic swimming pool.

For those who want greater autonomy, numerous apartments unique in their style are available, built in ancient farmhouses and in the rooms of a medieval convent. Equipped with a kitchen area and bathrooms, they can accommodate from 2 to 11 people, offering the possibility to choose between intimate patios, splendid terraces and fine interiors overlooking the landscapes of the village.

THE RESTAURANT

The culinary heart of the farm is the Lo Spaccio Restaurant, the ideal location to taste the authentic flavors and typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition. The philosophy of Lo Spaccio is based on authenticity, with a cuisine based on seasonality and self-production of ingredients, guaranteeing freshness and the highest quality.

 
The menu changes regularly, making use of the farm's zero km products: from meat to garden products, from local cured meats to the organic oil of the olive trees that slope down the hill. The setting is equally fulfilling, with elegant interior rooms and a magnificent view of the olive grove that accompanies the pleasures of the palate.
 
In addition to the restaurant, the farm offers a bar service, a typical trattoria with local specialties and an artisanal ice cream shop, to complete the gastronomic experience with taste and variety.
