HISTORY

The Asiago Sporting Hotel & SPA represents a perfect combination of a past rich in family history and a present that wants to make the ancient dawns of the past shine.

A strong and lively expression of Welcome, Familiarity and Tradition, as it was in 1600, the year in which this ancient Manor House owned by the Colpi family dates back, which for centuries has played a leading role in the history of the Plateau.

Owners of several huts and land, the family used to reside in this villa to manage business in the summer, and then return for Christmas. Occasion in which she used to celebrate holidays by gathering the locals and preparing them excellent mulled wine. Forerunners of innovation, the Colpi loved the Plateau and as entrepreneurs they contributed to the development of the breeding and production of the Asiago cheese that they used to keep in the basement of the Villa.
