The Hotel Palacio Mariana Pineda keeps a magnificent central courtyard with a pillar bearing an original 17th-century coat of arms: the lower part is the work of Diego de Siloé, in the 16th century, while the upper part dates from 1644 and was built by the noble Pisa family.

The bright main patio leads to the original rooms of the palace and to the five guest rooms, most of them with views of the Alhambra and the Darro river. The palace cellar opens onto the central courtyard, where an old well that once collected water from the Darro is still preserved.
