A visit to the barrel cellar, where our most prized wines rest, offers a detailed look at the production stages of our Metodo Classico sparkling wines, revealing the meticulous work behind our elegant bubbles. The tasting, either in the tasting room or, in warmer weather, on the panoramic terrace, represents the most exclusive part of this experience. Our guests will have the rare opportunity to taste the Metodo Classico in all its stages of development: Extrabrut, the sparkling wine base, a pure expression of the grape variety; Extrabrut, aged for 12 months, which reveals emerging structure and complexity; Extrabrut, aged 24 months, the final product reaches its full expressive potential.
