Inside the ancient village of Soave Castle, right inside the walls, you can admire the cellars where Valpolicella wine has been made for centuries.

A tasting that will stimulate your senses. You will be the protagonist, as you experience the aromas and flavors that accompany the tasting of our wines. After the tour of the cellar, we will research and taste the typical aromas and scents of our wines and try to memorize them. Then, tasting our Soave classico Pressoni, Ripasso della Valpolicella, and Recioto di Soave, we will put the previous sensory experience into practice to identify those aromas and flavors. Three glasses of the indicated wines and aromas and scents (flowers, fruit, and spices) for the sensory experience are included.
