A guided tour of the estate's organic vineyards, the winemaking cellar, and the aging cellar will explore the world of wine. This is followed by a three-course tasting menu lunch featuring dishes made with local ingredients from small producers, paired with wines served by the glass. The menu changes monthly and reflects seasonality. The price includes bread, water, wines, moka pot coffee, and service.
