Villa Poggio di Gaville is a villa that dates back to the 18th century immersed in the wonderful nature of the Chianti region on the Florentine hills. The farmhouse was renovated in 2004 with the intention of remaining faithful to the Tuscan style without fear of contaminating itself with furniture items from travels to over 58 countries. The furnishings reflect the owners' multicultural spirit. Being our guests means having the desire to be surprised by the harmony that is created through cultural diversity.

The 11 rooms of the villa bear the names of the zodiac signs and are equipped with all the comforts. Your zodiac sign reflects the position of the sun at the time you were born. This is why it has a strong influence on personality and our character. Understanding your zodiac sign is an effective key to understanding yourself and your relationships.
THE RESTAURANT
Every evening a 4-course surprise menu will transport you on a memorable journey for your 5 senses. For the chef and owner Jamal, the kitchen represents a continuous search for new flavors, new tastes, new experiences, keen to satisfy and amaze guests by offering creative dishes respecting the Tuscan tradition, using only local and organic ingredients. All served in the restaurant or on the large terrace with great taste and harmony with objects from his travels in more than 48 countries around the world, which reflect the harmonious intercultural spirit that characterizes the philosophy of the farmhouse. In 2016 he wrote the book “Vivere di gusto”, a collection of recipes that take the reader on a multisensory culinary journey.
LOCATION
The greenery of his vast estate invites you to beautiful walks that pleasantly continue to the nearby lake of Santa Barbara, where you can go fishing and in summer you can even learn to sail in the sailing school on the lake. We also rent mountain bikes, not far there is a riding school, in Figline Valdarno you can play tennis and at the Ugolino a Golf Club. Thanks to some outlets in the area, even shopping enthusiasts will have the opportunity to renew their wardrobe. We organize guided excursions with mini-bus and guide to Chianti, Florence, Arezzo, Siena and the most characteristic Tuscany as well as to Tuscan farms for tasting wine, oil, cold cuts and cheeses. The estate is located in a strategic position in Tuscany to visit both Florence and Arezzo and Siena, but also Greve in Chianti, the Cavriglia Park, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano and Volterra.
