The Bed & Breakfast is situated in an 18th-century fortified farmhouse, with 12 underground granaries, just a few kilometres away from the beach and the most beautiful areas of Salento: Otranto, Lecce, Gallipoli, S.M.Leuca, Castro, the thermal baths of S. Cesarea, Galatina, Porto Cesareo.
Each room comes with an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, WiFi and large outdoor area furnished with table and chairs. A few minutes from the hotel, splendid beaches, excellent restaurants, spas, caves, botanical gardens and many places of historical and architectural interest.
The structure – covering around 1,000m2 surrounded by fortified walls and with a large courtyard – takes its name from its 12 underground granaries (hypogeal), carved out from the stone.
Moreover, in the garden, there is an equipped kitchen, available to guests who wish to organize a meal independently.
