Masseria Cervarolo is proud to offer a charming, warm ambience in what used to be the daily busy dwelling place of aristocratic households. We have lovingly revived the original beauty of the premises, now elegantly appointed with wisely restored pieces of furniture, antique furnishings and handcrafted fabrics. Six evocative “trulli” facing the southern side of the farmhouse bear witness to the ancient origins of the place. Nature is flourishing all around: on a karstic doline surrounded by tree-shade terraces, a stretch of crystal-clear water dug in the rocks is an attractive swimming pool for guests.
Rooms
This historic residence can comfortably accommodate guests in 17 earm rooms housed in the main building and traditional “trulli”, which used to be the dwelling place of busy peasants. Each accommodation unit is furnished with skilfully restored original pieces, made according to the traditional craftmanship which flourished in this magic land and is complemented by precious furnishings and fabrics. High standards of comfort and the best facilities are ensured for each room.

The restaurant of Masseria Cervarolo offers a wide choice of the best recipes from renowned Apulian cuisine. The menu features the dishes of traditional gastronomy with a touch of originality from the chef's skill,with great care for the Mediterranean flavours and the choice of ingredients from fresh organic produce to prepare tasty, healthy food.
If you cannot resist the temptation of a glass of good wine, the Boukolicos Bar, open outdoors close to the swimming pool in the summer and next to one of the big indoor fireplaces in the colder season, has a wine list of excellent quality.

LOCATION
The Itria Valley is a popular venue to enjoy a pleasant, relaxed holiday in one of Apulia's most beautiful areas. The lovely “white town” of Ostuni is less than 10 km away. It is a well known seaside resort especially suitable for families, where the high standard f facilities and amenities, the clear water and a luxuriant nature are the ingredients of its growing success. At the very heart of the Itria and Murgia Valleys rises the picturesque town of Alberobello, worldwide known for its “trulli” which have won the place the acknowledgement as a Unesco World Heritage Site. Equally fascinating are the Castellana Caves, a wide karstic complex of stalactites and stalagmites which is millions of years old and is one of the largest in Italy. Nature is always at its best in this part of Apulia where many reserves have been created to safeguard the territory, among which the Natural Park of Torre Guaccio and the Regional Natual Park of the Morelli River deserve a special mention.

By car: exit Ostuni-Rosamarina along SS16/SS379 clearway heading for Brindisi; then follow SP 14 towards Ostuni-Martina Franca for about 6,5 Km as far as Contrada Cervarolo:
By train; Ostuni railway station on Bari-Brindisi railway line.
By air: Brindisi airport, about 45 Km away, or
Bari airport, about 90 Km away.
