THE RESTAURANT
Restaurant - L'Osteria
At the Osteria, each dish is a story of land and seasons, prepared with biodynamic ingredients grown in the fields of the estate and with selected meats from farms in the wild.
The star of the kitchen is the Black Pig of Mount Subasio, handcrafted according to the times of nature, and accompanied by seasonal vegetables, legumes and cheeses.
All products are born and processed within the estate, respecting sustainability, tradition and the short supply chain.
The cuisine here is not only nourishment, but sensory and cultural experience, a way to approach the true soul of Umbria.
