L' Andana

L'Andana is the idyllic retreat in Tuscany and with its 500 hectares, one of the largest estates in the region. Located in the Maremma natural park, at the foot of green hills flanked by olive groves, it is 15 minutes from the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the pristine white beaches of Maremma. The 19th-century residence, now a 5-star resort with 61 rooms and suites, was the hunting lodge of Grand Duke Leopold II of Lorraine. Even today the property maintains the sumptuousness of the century and the poignant beauty typical of Italian romanticism.
Nowadays, with the trend of villa holidays, the Andana offers a new addition with a splendid residence with 4 bedrooms, and 10 suites convertible into 5 apartments of two bedrooms each. The new private villa called "La Scuderia", built where the old stables of the Grand Duke's estate once stood, is immersed in the most Tuscan nature. Exposed towards the hill, it enjoys total privacy, and a private swimming pool surrounded by a luxuriant garden.
The new suites have been created from an old barn and boast a breathtaking view of the vineyards and the long path flanked by the iconic secular cypresses.
"La Scuderia" and the new suites of the "Granaio" can benefit from all the services of the hotel, from all the restaurants, from the SPA, to sports activities such as the tennis court, the golf test course, the 5 indoor pools and exteriors, the new bowling alley, concierge service and security. The buffet breakfast is included in the daily rates and is served in the Villa's main restaurant.
