Become the stars of Umbrian cuisine with a handmade pasta workshop in the heart of the Carpina Valley. Under the expert guidance of Silvana and Mariella, you will experience the entire traditional process: from milling the grains (wheat, spelt, barley) in the ancient stone mill, to kneading by hand on wooden pastry boards. You will learn to roll out the dough with a rolling pin and to cut tagliatelle, pappardelle or ravioli.
The experience ends in style with the awarding of the <Junior Pasta Maker> diploma, a complimentary book of typical recipes and, above all, a 3-course tasting dinner at the farm's restaurant, where you can enjoy the very pasta you have just made.
Located in the Upper Tiber Valley (PG), within the Pietralunga Forest, Case San Salvatore is an agroecological farm of excellence. The heart of the property is the La Cerqua farmhouse, built on the foundations of a 14th-century monastery. Here sustainability is at home: clean energy, 30 hectares of organic crops and charming rooms dedicated to the trees of the area. The farmhouse offers a mini SPA, an acorn-shaped pool and a biodynamic, closed-loop cuisine.
