The Castrum is located inside Villa Fraccaroli, an elegant residence of the eighteenth century, recently restored to its original splendor. The villa, with its majestic panoramic terrace, is an authentic treasure chest of beauty, where every corner tells the story of this generous land. The recent renovation has enhanced the historic charm of the building, enriching it with contemporary details that guarantee comfort and refined hospitality.
The wine shop and the wine tradition
The Castrum Wine Relais is deeply linked to the world of wine, thanks to the passion of the Borghetti family. The story begins in 1980, when Paolo Borghetti, father of the current owner Giampiero, expands the family winery and starts wine production. Today, the tradition continues with the GIAMPIERO BORGHETTI labels and the CASTRUM collection, which you can taste on site or buy to bring with you the authentic flavors of Valpolicella.
Rooms
Guests can choose from 6 rooms and 6 suites, distributed between the main body of the villa and Casa Fraccaroli, all renovated between 2022 and 2023 with a perfect balance between elegant design and historic atmospheres. Each room is cared for in detail to ensure a stay of well-being and tranquility, with refined furnishings and enchanting views over the valley.
