Auberge du Manet

Located in Montigny-le-Bretonneux, the Auberge du Manet is a 4-star charming hotel set in an ancient 13th-century stone manor. This property, which was once an outbuilding of the famous Port Royal des Champs Abbey, is nestled in an enchanting bucolic and green setting. The interiors are characterized by old stone walls, refined decor, high-quality materials, and a hushed atmosphere that combines modern comfort with the charm of the past.

The hotel's gourmet restaurant, led by chef Machado Armindo, offers regional cuisine where "homemade" is a fundamental rule:

• Cuisine: Modern, light, and inspired by Provence, with a menu that varies according to the seasons and market produce. Every day, a different formula is offered, enriched by Mediterranean flavors and spices.

• Ambience: Meals can be enjoyed in the large, very bright dining room, characterized by large windows opening onto the park, or on the magnificent panoramic terrace at water level, overlooking the property's pond.

Positioned at the gateway to the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Natural Park, the hotel is only 10 km (about 20 minutes) from the splendid Palace of Versailles.
