The main house of the hotel: it is an eighteenth-century patrician residence overlooking a flower garden still cared for by the original property. Here the check-in and check-out services are carried out, it is the place for information, the shop and the spaces used for catering.
Respect for the pre-existing volumes, oak beams, wrought iron, stone vaults, antique furnishings, books and collections renew the fascinating atmosphere that pervades the spaces made available to guests who experience a tradition that is nevertheless familiar and lovingly sharing the deepest needs of each person.
Rooms
The structure consists of: Two double rooms, a triple room and a Suite suitable for different needs. In all rooms: bed with double pillow, television, equipped private bathroom. Welcome Service: kettle with a selection of coffees, teas and herbal teas from organic farming.
THE RESTAURANT
The restaurant of the "Antica Dimora del Gruccione" develops in a large room in the main house of the hotel, decorated with art collections and enlivened, in the winter evenings, by the fire of a large fireplace, while, in the spring evenings and summer, breakfast and dinner are served in the intimate and romantic flower garden opposite.

The property is located in the heart of the municipality of Santu Lussurgiu, a poetic medieval town in the hinterland of Oristano, romantic and beautiful in all seasons, animated by ancient sacred and profane traditions because its culture is "cultured" and "material", fruit of a widespread and circular knowledge that is expressed in small economies, respectful of the time of the seasons, of the earth and its inhabitants.
