A one-hour day experience conceived to explore the authentic world of Alsatian winegrowers and to understand the richness of one of France's most fascinating wine regions. The activity opens with a historical introduction to the estate before moving into the heart of the working winery, where a guided tour reveals the pressing rooms, the modern stainless-steel tanks and the splendid historic section that houses the traditional large wooden barrels (foudres). The tour culminates in the tasting cellar with a guided tasting of 5 grape varieties representative of the region, beautifully accompanied by local gastronomic delicacies such as pretzels, kougelhopf or traditional charcuterie.
