The experience will continue with an immersive virtual reality tour of our company vineyards, offering a firsthand look at the terroir that gives life to our wines. The tour also includes a visit to the barrel cellar, where our most prized wines rest, and where we'll delve into the production processes of our Metodo Classico sparkling wines. You'll discover how our elegant bubbles are created, the result of meticulous care and a deep connection to the terroir. Tastings can be enjoyed in the modern tasting room or, in warmer weather, on our panoramic terrace, where you can savor a selection of our wines paired with a selection of typical Oltrepò Pavese cured meats and cheeses, for a sensory journey through authentic flavors and aromas. The wines we'll be offering for tasting are: Pinot Noir Brut DOCG Metodo Classico, Pinot Noir Extra Brut DOCG Metodo Classico, Riesling Superiore DOC, Pinot Noir DOC A platter of local cured meats and cheeses will be served.
