You will be welcomed into the modern Wine Space of the Au Péché Vigneron estate with a first glass of welcome to begin the tasting. You will then descend into the historic 1850 cellar to admire the great century-old oak casks still in use. Here you will experience a magical moment: a spectacular show with an immersive 180° video projected directly onto the casks (using dedicated mapping technology and audio), emotionally immersing you in the family’s rich history and the estate’s organic philosophy. The tour ends in the shop with a guided tasting of 5 outstanding Alsatian wines, accompanied by a slice of Kougelhopf, the typical cake of local tradition.
