Inside the ancient village of Soave Castle, right inside the walls, you can admire the cellars where Valpolicella wine has been produced for centuries.
The tasting begins with a tour of the historic cellar: Cantina del Castello.
This will be followed by a tasting of a glass of Soave Classico Castello, Ripasso della Valpolicella, and Amarone della Valpolicella, accompanied by a selection of cheeses and cured meats.
