Guided tour of the winery, from the vineyards to the winemaking cellar, and finally to the Metodo Classico aging room for a special focus on sparkling wines. Followed by a tasting of 4 wines with platters: • Michél Extra Brut – Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico DOCG Pinot Noir • Campo Dottore – Oltrepò Pavese DOC Riesling • Fioravanti – Pinot Noir dell’Oltrepò Pavese DOC • Siliquastro – Sangue di Giuda dell’Oltrepò Pavese DOC The platter will include: Varzi DOP salami (Salumificio Romagnese), Parma Coppa IGP (Valtidone Salumi), fresh and aged goat cheese (Il Boscasso), pancetta with rind (Dalla terra il salame), bread and focaccia (Panificio Provendola), and dessert. The price of the experience also includes water, moka pot coffee, and service.
