Garden Restaurant is part of the restaurants of the Slow Food Chefs Alliance and offers cuisine that enhances the authentic flavors of Piedmont. The recipes are born from seasonal ingredients, selected from local producers and Slow Food Presidia, and are enhanced by a rich wine list built in collaboration with the Banca del Vino.
