A night in one of Rome's oldest hotels, overlooking the Pantheon square, and a morning at the Campo de' Fiori market, five minutes' walk away, with the chef who then shows you how to turn the shopping into fresh pasta.
Enjoy Cooking is a Roman cooking school with two kitchens in the historic centre, in the Jewish Ghetto and near the Colosseum. In 4 hours, in a group of no more than twelve and with a chef guiding every step, you prepare shopping with the chef at the Campo de' Fiori market, then fresh pasta with a seasonal sauce, handmade ravioli and tiramisù.
The class ends at the table, with what you have cooked and the Italian wines served during the lesson. You leave with the recipes and a certificate. Classes are taught in English.

The Antico Albergo del Sole al Pantheon has welcomed travellers since the fifteenth century and overlooks Piazza della Rotonda, in front of the Pantheon. Rooms furnished with period pieces, some with a view of the square. Campo de' Fiori, Piazza Navona and the Jewish Ghetto are a few minutes' walk away.
