A night between Campo de' Fiori and the Pantheon and a pasta and tiramisù class in the Piazza Mattei kitchen, five minutes' walk from the hotel.
Enjoy Cooking is a Roman cooking school with two kitchens in the historic centre, in the Jewish Ghetto and near the Colosseum. In 3 hours, in a group of no more than twelve and with a chef guiding every step, you prepare hand-rolled fettuccine or tagliatelle, ricotta and spinach (or seasonal) ravioli and tiramisù.
The class ends at the table, with what you have cooked and the Italian wines served during the lesson. You leave with the recipes and a certificate. Classes are taught in English.

Hotel Lunetta occupies a historic palazzo on Piazza del Paradiso, a few steps from Campo de' Fiori, restored with contemporary lines and natural materials. A roof terrace over the rooftops of the centre and a restaurant. Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and the Jewish Ghetto are a few minutes' walk away.
