A night in an aristocratic residence on the Quirinal Hill and a cooking class devoted to truffles, in season, in the Jewish Ghetto.
Enjoy Cooking is a Roman cooking school with two kitchens in the historic centre, in the Jewish Ghetto and near the Colosseum. In 3 hours, in a group of no more than twelve and with a chef guiding every step, you prepare Nino Bergese's egg-yolk raviolo with butter and Parmigiano, tagliolini with butter and white truffle and a ricotta gelato with chocolate and hazelnuts.
The class ends at the table, with what you have cooked and the Italian wines served during the lesson. You leave with the recipes and a certificate. Classes are taught in English.

Villa Spalletti Trivelli is the family residence of the Counts Spalletti Trivelli, built in the early twentieth century on the Quirinal Hill, with an Italian garden, library and salons furnished with the family collections. Guests stay as in a private home, a few minutes from the Trevi Fountain.
