Château St Pierre de Serjac is first and foremost a wine estate: the vineyards of Domaine Bonfils surround the château, looking out over the hills inland from Béziers. This package combines your stay with a ninety-minute guided walk along the vineyard trail with one of the estate's wine experts, who explains the grape varieties and the work in the vines.
The walk ends with a commented tasting of three Domaine Bonfils wines, a white, a rosé and a red; children taste three grape juices from three different varieties.
The rest of the day is yours for the spa, the pool and the Languedoc: Pézenas, Béziers, the Canal du Midi and the Mediterranean coast.

Château St Pierre de Serjac is a 19th-century wine estate in Puissalicon, inland from Béziers, among the vineyards of the Bonfils family. The château has eight bedrooms, while the old estate buildings hold thirty-six independent residences of 40 to 220 m², with a fitted kitchen, terrace or garden and often a private heated pool.
The estate has a restaurant open for lunch and dinner, using vegetables from the organic kitchen garden, a lounge bar, the wine cellar, a Cinq Mondes spa with heated indoor pool, hammam and sauna, an outdoor pool, tennis and padel courts, bicycles and a small farm for children.
