The Bonfils family have been making wine in the Languedoc for six generations as independent winegrowers. At Château St Pierre de Serjac this package combines your stay with "Terroir Secrets", an hour with one of the estate's wine experts tasting four premium cuvées from the family's estates.
The tasting comes with a selection of amuse-bouches prepared by the restaurant's chef: in effect an aperitif before dinner at the château or in your residence.
The day can be spent at the spa, by the pool or exploring the area: Pézenas, Béziers, the Canal du Midi and the Mediterranean coast.

Château St Pierre de Serjac is a 19th-century wine estate in Puissalicon, inland from Béziers, among the vineyards of the Bonfils family. The château has eight bedrooms, while the old estate buildings hold thirty-six independent residences of 40 to 220 m², with a fitted kitchen, terrace or garden and often a private heated pool.
The estate has a restaurant open for lunch and dinner, using vegetables from the organic kitchen garden, a lounge bar, the wine cellar, a Cinq Mondes spa with heated indoor pool, hammam and sauna, an outdoor pool, tennis and padel courts, bicycles and a small farm for children.
