This package combines your stay with a ninety-minute birdwatching walk led by an enthusiastic guide: binoculars in hand, you observe the estate's characteristic species and learn to identify them, with clear explanations for all.
It is a peaceful outing, suited to nature lovers and families, carried out with respect for the quiet of the site. In the hottest months it starts early in the morning or late in the afternoon, when temperatures are milder.
The rest of the day is free for the spa, the pool and the surroundings: Pézenas, Béziers and the Mediterranean coast.

Château St Pierre de Serjac is a 19th-century wine estate in Puissalicon, inland from Béziers, among the vineyards of the Bonfils family. The château has eight bedrooms, while the old estate buildings hold thirty-six independent residences of 40 to 220 m², with a fitted kitchen, terrace or garden and often a private heated pool.
The estate has a restaurant open for lunch and dinner, using vegetables from the organic kitchen garden, a lounge bar, the wine cellar, a Cinq Mondes spa with heated indoor pool, hammam and sauna, an outdoor pool, tennis and padel courts, bicycles and a small farm for children.
