Notte a Montoro con cena degustazione al Molino La Nava

A night in the countryside outside Montoro, among the olive groves of the province of Córdoba, with dinner at the restaurant of Molino La Nava. The dining room is the old 18th-century mill hall: the presses and gears are still in place and frame the tables. The tasting menu follows the seasons and draws on local produce, starting with the extra virgin olive oil from the fields around the house, paired with a carefully chosen wine list.

Before dinner there is time for a swim in the pool overlooking the olive trees or an aperitif on the terrace. Afterwards, step out into the courtyard: the area lies within a Starlight Reserve and, far from artificial light, the sky above the mill is among the clearest in Andalusia. The next morning, after breakfast, you can explore the old centre of Montoro on its bend of the Guadalquivir or drive on to Córdoba, about 40 minutes away.
